Energy-integrated modular data centre infrastructure

Power. Compute. Heat.

Trigonor develops, delivers and operates energy-integrated modular data centre infrastructure.

01

As a development and delivery partner for customers and investors

02

Through our own development projects, structured through dedicated SPVs

Four core capabilities

One partner throughout the infrastructure lifecycle

From development and delivery to operations and continuous optimisation.

01

Develop

We create an investable project from the site, capacity and commercial structure.

  • Site & project development
  • Grid connection and power capacity
  • Planning & permitting
  • Fibre connectivity
  • Energy infrastructure
  • Waste heat utilisation
  • Customer / off-taker
  • Investor & SPV structures
02

Deliver

Deliver

We manage technical delivery through EPCM and specialist partners.

  • Project delivery management
  • EPCM
  • Modular data centre infrastructure
  • Power & cooling infrastructure
  • BESS
  • Renewable generation
  • Waste heat recovery
  • Procurement & contractor management
  • Commissioning

Services and own-developed projects

01

Development & Delivery Services

We provide development, project delivery, project management and infrastructure operations services to customers and investors.

02

Own-developed Projects

We also originate and develop our own projects, which can be commercialised or exited at different stages.

Three commercialisation and exit stages

01

Powered Plot

A development-ready site with secured power capacity and the key infrastructure prerequisites.

02

Powered Shell

A completed or near-completed data centre infrastructure facility, ready for the customer's own compute / IT infrastructure.

03

Powered Capacity

Operational data centre infrastructure with dedicated power capacity allocated to the customer, operated by Trigonor under a long-term commercial model.

Positioning

Infrastructure developer, delivery manager and operator

Trigonor is not a compute operator and not a construction contractor.

We develop the project, structure the infrastructure, manage delivery through EPCM and specialist partners, and can operate the infrastructure throughout its lifecycle.

For our own development projects, dedicated SPVs can be established, allowing investors to invest directly at project level.

Our integrated model in practice

The Lempäälä Energy Park demonstrates the integrated model. The same modular approach can be replicated in new locations.

Lempäälä Energy Park

Integrates data centre and energy infrastructure into a new business park, where building-integrated solar, battery storage and district heating form a controllable microgrid. The Lempäälä Energy Park is a future-focused regional development project combining sustainable property development and clean energy solutions.
